As you can understand, I'm quite depressed today. Anniversary of my first real break-up, anniversary of my first concert ever and then bad news over bad news. I feel like my head is about to explode and my heart is wide open. Just want this day to end. So just a quick article today with a couple a pictures I didn't show you on time. First, a streetstyle shot @ the parisian Vogue Fashion Night Out in front of American Apparel. The story doesn't say that I got cotton candy all over my hands. Then, a streetstyle shot by my univeristy newspaper. And to finish, pictures of me during "Le Plus Grand Défilé de Mode du Monde" organized by Les Galeries Lafayette in Paris.

Comme vous l'avez peut-être deviné, ce n'est pas la grande forme en ce moment. C'est l'anniversaire de ma première réelle rupture mais aussi de mon tout premier concert. Les mauvaises nouvelles n'arrêtent pas aussi de s'enchaîner. J'ai l'impression que ma tête peut exploser à tout moment et qu'il y a un trou béant dans mon cœur. J'ai juste besoin que cela s'arrête. Donc voilà un article rapide aujourd'hui avec quelques photos que je ne vous avais pas montré en temps et en heure. Tout d'abord, un streetstyle qui date de la Vogue Fashion Night Out de Paris devant la boutique American Apparel. L'histoire ne dit pas que j'avais de la barbe à papa partout sur les mains. Ensuite, un autre streestyle pour le journal de ma fac. Et enfin, quelques photos prises lors de l'événement organisé par les Galeries Lafayette à Paris : Le Plus Grand Défilé du Monde.

Open letter to a stupid boy

Boys can be so childish sometimes. Well well well I only got myself to blame here. I made mistakes for sure, but hey, we're adults now, he could have told me what went wrong and when. Instead of it, he's just been really mean to me, attacking me on my weakness in front of my friends. He called me "stupid" once but I didn't want to open my eyes yet. Then he started being nice again. Finally, he just stopped talking to me, not giving answers to my interrogations. And now he's acting so childish with all this Facebook drama. I'm the only one who suffers. No one knows what we used to share. I bet he's pretty proud right now. I keep telling myself to stop falling in love with the wrong guy but I can't help myself, it's like we're magnets or something. I know that lesson #1 is to never fall in love but it's so hard. Right now I really hope that the end of the world is coming. Just to stop suffering.

Promise I'll be back with some fresh outfits and a better mood.

Je vous annonce fièrement que la jupe argentée est désormais mienne. Après des mois de traque sur eBay j'avais presque abandonné quand Forever 21 a exaucé mes rêves. Je l'ai vu sur le site, ni une ni deux, le lendemain je ressortais heureuse de la boutique avec ma jupe sous le bras ! J'ai embarqué au passage la moitié de la collection. On ne se refait pas...

I can happily annouce that the silver skirt is now mine. After hunting it down on Ebay for months, I almost gave up and then Forever 21 made my dreams come true. I spotted it on their website and the following day I was coming out of the store with the skirt in my shopping bag. I also bought half of the new collection ha I couldn't help it...

Parlez moi de clous, parlez moi de jupe, parlez moi de cuir, parlez moi d'amour tout simplement. Impossible pour moi d'en trouver une avec un joli faux cuir et des clous potables, j'ai pris mon mal en patience mais j'en ai repéré une sur un site anglais. Il faut juste que je négocie avec ma carte bancaire à payer des frais de port aussi élevés. On va dire qu'en ce moment, avec le taux de change, acheter sur les sites anglais n'est pas vraiment intéressant...

Tell me about studs, tell me about skirts, tell me about leather... It's like music to my ears. It was mission impossible to find a pretty skirt with a nice faux leather material and good looking studs. And then I spotted one on a british website. I just have to negociate with my credit card if it wants to pay the really expensive delivery fees. With the actual exchange rate, I'm not really winning at buying clothes on a british website...

Le slim en cuir est un basique. Oui, je vous assure. Et il m'en faut un absolument. "Pourquoi tu ne vas pas en friperie pardi! ?" s'exclamment mes amies. Euuuuh... parce qu'en friperie les slims en cuir qu'ils ont donnent une allure assez motarde alors que je cherche quelque chose de rock et de chic à la fois. J'ai cru trouver mon bonheur en début de semaine chez le suédois mais qu'il tenait chaud ce slim et impossible de trouver ma taille. La longueur des jambes allait à peu près. Bref, le slim en cuir s'ajoute sur ma wishlist miracle.

The leather slim is a basic. I'm telling you. And I need one. "Why don't you go thrift shopping?" are wondering my friends. Well because if I go thrift shopping I will only find biker-like leather slims. I need something more rock and chic at the same time. I almost found the perfect one in H&M but damn it was so warm and I couldn't find the right size. However, the leg length was alright. Definitely adding that to my miracle wishlist.

Je ne cesserais de vous rappeler que j'ai un passé modesque contrasté et que la période qui m'a le plus marqué est ma période emo. Ça se ressent ici avec les pics, les clous, Alice au Pays des Merveilles... Je traque le bon plan pour la casquette à pics et le soutien-gorge très Gaga. Quand j'aurais ces objets dans ma penderie, plus rien ne m'arrêtera. Vous entendez, rien.

I am going to remind you everytime that my fashion past is really turbulent. I have really been marked on by my emo phase. You can feel the vibe here with the studs, Alice In Wonderland... I am hunting down the right studded cap and the Gaga-inspired studded bra. Once I will have those two in my wardrobe, I will be unstoppable. You heard me right: unstoppable.
